How long does it take for my exchange/ refund to be processed?

We try and process returns as quickly as possible, but we do ask for 1-2 business days to be able to process your return.
If you’re exchanging, we will ship your new item(s) out within 1-3 business days.
If you’re refunding, we will refund you through PayPal (the same method you used to pay), and email you once complete.

How do I request a return?

For return or exchange, Shovava will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased from us provided that this should be accomplished not more than 30 days from receipt of item(s). Refund will be issued in the same manner as the original form of payment.

Are returns for free?

Shipping cost incurred for returning item(s) to Shovava for an exchange or refund are NOT covered or reimbursed by us.

What is your returns policy?

What if the item I receive is damaged or faulty?

Although we hope this never happens, in the rare event of receiving a faulty item, we encourage you to reach out to us at [email protected] so we can evaluate the item with you and discuss the next step, which is either to replace the item or issue a partial refund.

Lost Items

Sorry but we cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail or damaged during transit. For this reason we carefully wrap all our items in plastic and send it in regular envelopes or boxes depending on your purchase.

Customers are entitled to file a lost item claim only up to 3 months from date of purchase. Claims made after this period will be considered null and void.
